Rang De field partners are identified, screened and selected after a due diligence process. The due diligence involves the following steps:

1. In principle agreement to the terms and conditions of a Rang De partnership.
2. Adherance to the mission and vision of Rang De.
3. Meeting the statutory requirements
4. Mandatory field trip by Rang De team
5. Signing of the partnership agreement

Apart from meeting the above requirements, the Rang De field partners must adhere to:

1. Reaching out to new territories, especially those areas and people they have not reached out to.
2. Cannot charge beyond the interest rate that has been fixed by Rang De. This could vary based on the product.
3. Facilitate field trips and evaluation trips for Rang De team members and volunteers.
4. Remain transparent about interest rates and their processes.
