	Nandan a doctor by profession, Rang De team has begun to wonder if he is in the wrong profession!! He is a perfect fit with the team and has done a wonderful job in terms of spreading the word about Rang De and also our field trips. Nandan is a keen observer and has picked up quite a lot of information about Self Help Groups. During his recent field visit he was able to take the lead and interact directly with the SHG members. Nandan enjoyed himself thoroughly and is keen on taking on more such roles in future.
	Guru Subbramaniam a fellow social campaigner and a Rang De Social Investor, Guru has been a constant motivator.He is a true enthusiast and helps us in connecting with other social investors and corporates alike. This is crucial to Rang De's growth and we are glad to have him as a friend.
	Sowmya does HR consulting for corporates. Sowmya's volunteer work mainly involves building corporate partnerships and exploring fund raising opportunities in Bangalore. Her relationship with corporates is an added value to Rang De as she can help develop a strong network from the corporate world for Rang De. Sowmya's hobbies include music and art. Sowmya finds it important that her work makes a difference to someone.
	Paul M A hails from Kerala and has done his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Trivandrum. He is working with Infosys since September 2007. Paul's main interest is sports, but is also interested in catching up on technology related news. Paul would like to contribute to Rang De by bringing Rang De's borrowers' products in to the urban market and and also by helping organise Rang De's fund raising activities and events.
	Vibhore is working in Texas Instruments, Bangalore. Vibhore believes that Rang De is a platform that empowers like-minded individuals to make a difference through social investments of time and money. When he is not volunteering for various causes, Vibhore can be found solving interesting system problems at Texas Instruments, reading, running or pondering. Vibhore is full of ideas that Rang De could use to scale up and improve its current operations.
	Mitesh Tank is based out of Mumbai and has been working in the investment banking sector for the last 5 years. Rang De has exposed him to an altogether different facet of finance and that is what really excited him about Rangde. He is currently spreading the awareness of micro-finance and Rang De in Mumbai.
	Gurinder has been associated with Rang De almost since its start and is one of the earliest social investors. He was working in the microfinance sector when he heard about Rang De and became an immediate supporter of the concept, probably because he knew of the existing gaps in the microcredit system in the country and how Rang De is trying to bridge the gap. Gurinder, now with ILFS continues to support Rang De for field evaluations, raising funds and spreading the word. He is one of the youngest members on board and his lively spirit to impact poor borrowers via Rang De and see Rang De reach its zenith is matchless. He is a glib talker,maverick worker who never stops surprising us with his efforts.
